Return Policy
We, at Scented Potions, are happy when you are happy. Hence, we accept your Returns with Free Shipping. We stand behind our beauty products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. If not, our team will make your exchange or return process easy and seamless. All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on scentedpotions.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period. Kindly contact our Customer Service department at +1 954 907 9408 or via email at we-care@scentedpotions.com and request an RA reference number and a return shipping label. Products cannot be returned without this number.
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Scented Potions Gift Cards
- Product Samples/Promotional Products
- Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set
- Our Friends of the Family Club Membership
Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at a store, must be returned there, please find their return policies on their websites.

Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable. You refund will be process for the price of the product (minus shipping) and will be credited to the original form of payment.
Damaged Items
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Scented Potions Customer Service at +1 954 907 9408 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST., Mondays through Fridays. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we may not be able to change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted, however, if the order has not been processed we will gladly try to accommodate your request.
