The day before my birthday, which is March 30th, I woke up with my blood pressure through the roof and I was feeling stressed due to a semi carnivore diet I had been on all week long. My blood pressure was 160/106 and I could feel a lot of tightness and pressure in neck. The entire week I had been experiencing high blood pressure. I decided to smell Say It Bold for about 5 minutes while I sat and drank my decaf coffee. I took my blood pressure again and this time the number had come down to 145/97 just within 5 minutes. I will continue to use it to help me regulate my blood pressure.
